In order to realize the potential of our plant on a regular basis we carry out modernization of production. We were actively engaged in it in 2018 and we continue to be engaged. Our products favourably differ in price/performance ratio in comparison with foreign analogs.
We manufacture competitive products, we are actively engaged in import substitution. The products that had to be bought abroad earlier, can be purchased in the region now, and we are ready to give it.

An example of such an approach is that "Red October" has taken a leadership role in Kuzbass on manufacturing of sprinkling irrigation equipment, gravelspreading equipment for heavy-load trucks BeLAZ over the last 5 years, and also got permission to their production and assembly.

Social partnership is directed to socially responsible regulation of equipment modernization issues; it represents a system of actions allowing the customer and the manufacturer to participate together in development of an equipment and their components.
On the agreed specifications or drawings an engineering personnel of the plant will develop a new equipment and its components, or adapts already available one to specific conditions. The accumulated experience and flexibility of production provide fast adaptation to requirements of the market and profit maximizing.
